I have no words to describe my gratitude for this company. I went to the Brazilian consulate more than 2 times (which was supposed to help and make things easier for us here in the USA) but unfortunately each time I went I left there frustrated and without any hope of having my documents in time. So that was when I saw about DESPACHANTE 55 on Instagram, it was that light at the end of the tunnel that I could see. I got in touch with them, from the first contact to the last it was simply wonderful and they went out of their way to help me. Help with love, respect and empathy for others. I, who no longer had any hope, today have my documents and those of my daughters within days. Gratitude!!!
